1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using Jasfix’s services in Singapore, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
Jasfix provides professional handyman and maintenance services in Singapore, including but not limited to:
- Plumbing services
- Electrical repairs and installations
- Air-conditioning (AC) maintenance and repairs
- General building and home maintenance
- Cleaning services
- Gardening and landscaping services
- Pipe leakage repairs
- Other allied services as agreed upon
3. SERVICE REQUEST AND BOOKING
3.1 Service requests must be made through our official website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team.
3.2 Booking confirmation will be provided via email or SMS.
3.3 Customers must provide accurate location details and contact information.
3.4 Service appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Jasfix.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 Service rates are as quoted on our website or provided during booking confirmation.
4.2 Additional charges may apply for emergency services, overtime, or services outside standard operating hours.
4.3 Travel charges may be applicable based on service location.
4.4 Payment must be made upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
4.5 Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and digital payment options.
4.6 All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include 8% GST as applicable.
5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
5.1 Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty.
5.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service charge.
5.3 No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
5.4 Jasfix reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances with prior notification.
6. SERVICE QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP
6.1 All services are performed by trained and qualified technicians.
6.2 Jasfix guarantees workmanship for 30 days from the service completion date (where applicable).
6.3 Defects in workmanship will be corrected at no additional charge during the warranty period.
6.4 Warranty does not cover damage caused by customer misuse or third-party interference.
6.5 Customers must report any issues within 7 days of service completion for warranty claims.
7. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
7.1 Jasfix is not responsible for damage to property caused by factors beyond its control.
7.2 Customers are responsible for providing safe access to service locations.
7.3 Jasfix’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
7.4 Jasfix does not warrant that services will meet all customer expectations.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 Customers must ensure safe access to service areas.
8.2 Customers must disclose any relevant information about the service requirement.
8.3 Customers are responsible for moving personal items from service areas.
8.4 Customers must provide access during agreed service times.
8.5 Jasfix is not responsible for items left unattended during service.
9. HEALTH AND SAFETY
9.1 Customers must inform Jasfix of any hazards or safety concerns at the service location.
9.2 Jasfix technicians may refuse to work in unsafe conditions.
9.3 Customers must ensure compliance with Singapore’s workplace safety regulations.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
10.1 Personal information collected is used solely for service provision and communication.
10.2 Data is protected in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
10.3 Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
11.2 Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal action.
11.3 Unresolved disputes will be subject to Singapore’s jurisdiction and courts.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Jasfix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
